Why settle for ordinary when you can have extraordinary? At Rimrock Cafe, indulge in a luxurious blend of premium wines and seafood. Known for its impressive wine selection, this culinary haven boasts signature dishes like Lobster Bisque and Venison Steak, promising an unforgettable dining experience.
Stef Notes: A locally-owned gem, consistently ranked as the top restaurant in Whistler, Rimrock Café has the perfect cozy atmosphere for dinner after a snowy ski day. And, it’s not just for seafood! (Matt jokes that because I’m a pisces, fish are friends, not food). It’s my favourite place for a filet mignon, and don’t miss their famous sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

4. The Wildflower: Taste the Essence of Canadian Meadows
Experience dining amidst the beauty of Whistler’s natural landscape at The Wildflower. Their menu, inspired by the freshness and diversity of a meadow in bloom, offers dishes that sing of spring and comfort.
Stef Notes: Nobody does luxury quite like the Fairmont and that comes through at the Wildflower. Try the Grill Room for a true fine dining experience. The difference at Wildflower is the staff who are true connoisseurs themselves. Ask for their recommendations for food and wine and you won’t be disappointed. I enjoy their bison steak and find it’s tastier than some of their more expensive cuts of beef.

They even make their own negroni. This is one of my all time favourite and preferred restaurants. Try their newly opened café next door for the best croissant and latte in town.
