Matt Chiasson

As a Whistlerite, born and raised, Matt grew up with this town. He understands the nuances of Whistler development and of buying and selling real estate in Whistler. He knows why people come and understands why people stay. Matt’s been living and breathing real estate since he was about 12 years old, emptying trash cans and delivering mail at his parents’ company. Now he’s part owner of the company, and he takes that to heart – only the very best service will do for those looking to buy or sell their piece of Whistler paradise. Matt believes this level of service is achieved through his ideals of patience, guidance, and foresight. That’s why it’s his tagline, and his commitment to every visitor and resident of this amazing town.

Stef has over 20 years of experience in client services and sales.
As the former sales and marketing manager at RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate, Stef knows what it takes to market and sell a property. As current CEO, she knows how to get things done. She’s also stats obsessed with a Certificate in Data Science for Real Estate from MIT, and to our knowledge, she’s the only cryptocurrency certified agent in town. She loves to use this knowledge to empower, support, and inspire people in their real estate endeavours.
Kayla Cadham

Kayla is our Team Manager, collaborating with Matt & Stef in the behind-the-scenes work of real estate transactions. She loves helping people understand their local real estate market, discover great opportunities, and realize their homeownership goals. She has spent the majority of her career in the real estate industry, gaining experiences as a listings coordinator, executive assistant, and (most recently) as a licensed real estate professional. While managing the team is her primary job function by day, you can also find Kayla out enjoying the many lakes, rivers, and trails near her home base in Squamish.
